We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $190

Australian Domestic Shipping

All orders are sent via an Australian express post service.

For major metropolitan areas orders shipped will arrive in approximately 1-2 days.

Outside major metropolitan areas orders will arrive in approximately 1-3 days.

Please allow 1-5 business days for order to arrive due to unforeseen circumstances.

An email will arrive in your inbox once order has been shipped along with a registered post tracking number.

International Shipping

All orders are sent with Australian post registered international.

Delivery will be between 10 – 21 business days. Shipping may take longer depending on the country.

Please allow 1-2 business days for Ringuet to dispatch your order. An email will arrive in your inbox once order has been shipped.

Shipping During Sales Periods

Please note orders may be slightly delayed during sales periods.

Turn Around To Receive Items Once Order Is Placed

We pride ourselves on our quick turn around time to process orders. All in-stock items will be shipped the same day or the next business day.

$12 Australian flat rate and $25 international. Free shipping on all orders over $190.

Customs/Import Taxes For International Deliveries

International customers are responsible for custom rates within their own country.
We must declare full $ value paid on international shipments and will include an invoice for customs if required.
Unfortunately Ringuet cannot put a lower price on parcels.

Exchanges & Returns

Free Return Shipping for Any Items (Excluding Sale Items)

Returning Items

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you are welcome to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange.

PLEASE NOTE: We will only except exchanges on sale items.

We are happy to receive unworn items within 7 business days (domestic returns) and 18 days (international returns) once order has been received.

Items need to be in the original condition, unworn including tags.

How do I Return/Exchange?

Making a return or exchange is simple.

Please email info@myringuet.com to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RA Number).

You must notify us for the reason of the return & if you require an exchange or a refund.

Please include the following when returning an item to RINGUET:

a) RA number

b) Your receipt print out

Return the goods to: MyRinguet, PO Box 68, Albion DC, QLD 4010 AUSTRALIA

Refunds

We will credit your original method of payment, plus return postage.

Please allow 5 business days for your refund to be processed. We will notify you by email once finalised.

What To Do If Item Is Incorrect Or Faulty

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item please email us at info@myringuet.com and we will replace if stock is available or refund upon return. We all also reimburse for cost of return postage.

Faulty Policy

At RINGUET it is our policy to provide exceptional customer service & deliver high quality garments.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers.

Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.

If you receive a product with a manufacturing issue we will gladly replace or refund as long as it had been returned within 1 month of purchase.

Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Returns Policy

All items must be returned new, unused and with all RINGUET garment tags attached. Returns that are damaged,

soiled or altered in any way may not be accepted and returned to customer.

All items returned must have a Return Authorisation Number (RA Number). Unidentified items may be returned to the sender.

Please return within 7 business days for Australia and 18 Business days for International from the date you received the parcel.

Sale items cannot be returned for a refund and are considered final sale.

The Return shipping is payable by Ringuet but organised by you and it is recommended you to use a tracked method for safe delivery.

RINGUET is not responsible for the loss of a returned parcel and the original payment of shipping will not be refunded.

We will process your refund within 5 business days of the return arriving, followed by a confirmation email.

RINGUET reserves the right to deny a refund of the merchandise returned if they do not meet the requirements of our Return Policy.
