Australian Domestic Shipping – For major metropolitan areas orders shipped will arrive in approximately 1-2 days.
Outside major metropolitan areas orders will arrive in approximately 1-3 days.

International Shipping – Delivery between 10 – 21 business days. Shipping may take longer depending on country.

We are unable to change an order once its been placed. However we can cancel an order before it is dispatched. You can then place a new order for the correct product. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with requests.

Yes, International customers are responsible for custom rates within their own country.
We must declare full $ value paid on international shipments and will include an invoice for customs if required.
Unfortunately RINGUET cannot put a lower price on parcels.
Packages are rarely lost. However, if an order does not arrive please contact email@example.com to file a lost package report.
All items must be returned new, unused and with all RINGUET garment tags attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered in any way may not be accepted and returned to customer.
We can assist you with checking and reserving your exchanged item(s). Your exchange will be sent out as soon as your return arrives and is processed.
